THE TOWN OF HARTFORD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY ANY DOG OR PERSON IN THE PARK
NOTE: Town of Hartford Park Ordinance now has a leash law - all dogs in Town of Hartford Parks must be on a leash.
The dog park is exempt from this law as it is a fenced in, off leash area. Dogs swimming in the river do not have to be on a leash.
CHILDREN - DOG PARKS ARE NOT PLAYGROUNDS FOR CHILDREN
Children under 12 are not permitted in the park. Older children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
NO: Food, Smoking, Alcohol or Drinks in Glass Containers Allowed in the Dog Park
DOG RULES
* If your dog is being a "bully" and causing other dogs to run away from, hide from or snap at them, you should remove your dog from the park.

Close dog gates behind you as you enter and leave
Age requirement of twelve years old
