Watson Upper Valley Dog Park is a place for dog owners and their canine companions. Please take a moment to review the park regulations before entering; they are the key to making the dog park experience safe and enjoyable for everyone.
USERS OF THE PARK DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK.
THE TOWN OF HARTFORD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY ANY DOG OR PERSON IN THE PARK
NOTE: Town of Hartford Park Ordinance now has a leash law - all dogs in Town of Hartford Parks must be on a leash.
The dog park is exempt from this law as it is a fenced in, off leash area. Dogs swimming in the river do not have to be on a leash.

Children under 8 are not permitted in the park. Older children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
